Scope
These terms cover use of the site, the materials store, installation visits, and the academy in California.
Store
The price is the one you see when you add the product. An order depends on stock and on the business confirming it. Shipping, pickup, and timing are confirmed on the order, not in this paragraph. A card is charged only when Stripe is configured.
Installation
The estimate on the site is a guide. It is not a closed offer. The visit confirms cracks, moisture, and an old coating. When Stripe is on, the deposit holds the visit. Work does not start until the team confirms by phone or email.
Academy
Enrollment holds a seat on the published date. The business may move the date and will tell you. A certificate exists only when the course and the payment are on the record.
Refunds and cancellations
A materials order can be cancelled before it ships or is picked up. A visit can be moved with one business day's notice. A visit deposit is returned if the business cancels. If you cancel the same day, the team confirms by email whether the deposit is kept. California law controls if this paragraph and the law disagree.
Accounts
An account stores the email and a hashed secret. An administrator's first secret must be changed at sign-in. Do not share it. The business may close an account that is used to abuse the site.
Law and disputes
These terms follow California law, without its conflict rules. State or federal courts in Los Angeles County are the forum, unless a consumer law gives you another one. Nothing here limits a liability that California law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
The business may update this text. A lawyer review date, if one exists, replaces the pending notice above. Continuing to use the site after a change is acceptance.
