How the cost is chosen
The cart and payment screen show the choice and the total before a charge. Pickup is free. Local delivery is a flat rate for the ZIP codes the business publishes. Standard shipping uses order-total or weight tiers, and it can be free above a threshold. Those rules live in Settings or in SHIPPING_RULES.
Pickup
The pickup address appears only when the business has configured it. Otherwise the team confirms it when the order is taken. A filler address is not shown.
Epoxy kits
Epoxy kits, polyaspartic, and installer kits are not parcel shipments. The order offers pickup or a freight quote. Freight is not invented: it is confirmed before a card is charged.
Taxes
This total does not include tax unless Stripe Tax is configured. In that case Stripe calculates it at payment. Otherwise the cart says tax is not included.
Returns
You can cancel an order before it ships or is picked up. An unopened item that is not resin, colorant, or a mixed kit can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in its packaging, and the business refunds the product price. Resin, colorant, and an opened kit are not returned. If it arrives damaged, write within 7 days with photos. The refund uses the same payment method when that method is on. If payment is not on, the team confirms the method by email.
