Who is responsible

The business configured on this site is responsible. The name, email, phone, and address come from that configuration. If the footer says they are demonstration details, do not treat them as the real address.

What we collect

Contact, booking, store, and academy forms ask for a name, email, phone, address, measurements, photos you upload, and the message. An account stores the email and a hashed secret. This site does not ask for a card number when Stripe is off.

Why

We use them to answer a request, confirm a visit, prepare an order, enroll a course, and send the notice you asked for. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and WhatsApp

SMS and WhatsApp go out only if you check consent and leave a phone number. How often depends on your visit, order, or course. Your carrier may charge you. Reply STOP to end SMS and HELP for help. Agreeing to messages is not required to buy.

California notice at collection

Notice at collection (CCPA/CPRA). Categories: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (orders, visits, courses), and, if analytics are on, site activity. Purposes are to serve you and run the business. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. You can ask to know, correct, or delete your data at the configured email. We do not punish that request.

Cookies

The language cookie and the session cookie are required to remember the language and to sign in. There is no extra notice while analytics are off. If Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Clarity is configured, those cookies are not required and a short notice appears with a link to this page.

How long, and how to ask

We keep orders, visits, and enrollments as long as the service, taxes, and a dispute need them. You can ask for deletion sooner, except what the law requires us to keep. Email the published address, or use the contact page, with your name and the right you are using. We answer within 45 days and, if needed, we say so and take 45 more.

Your California rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA you can ask to know the categories and the specific pieces, to correct inaccurate data, and to delete personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. You can still say no to that sale or sharing, and we do not treat you worse for asking. You may name an agent with written permission. If we deny a request, you can appeal at the same email.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, precise geolocation, or a child's data. This site is not directed to anyone under 16. If you believe we received a child's information, write to us and we will delete it.
